SPONSORED PARACHUTE JUMP

Late in 2003, Predator Conservation Trust in the UK trustee Simon Marsh decided to do a sponsored parachute jump to raise funds for PCT.  Unfortunately, his planned jump had to be postponed after he injured his back.  Once Simon had recovered, a new date was arranged, but this too failed to happen - this time due to poor weather.  Two more failed attempts (due to bad weather and aircraft technical problems) meant the jump was further delayed.  Finally on the 5th May 2004, everything went right - the weather was fine, and there were no problems with the plane, and Simon successfully completed his jump from 14000 feet.  We are pleased to say that Simon landed in one piece.

Simons jump raised over eight hundred pounds for the work of the Predator Conservation Trust !

A short video of Simons jump is located near the bottom of the page.  You will need the QuickTime player to be able to view this video.
